Offering 2 private rooms together and shared use of the rest of the house and contents which includes fenced in back yard patio. Internet and other utilities included, if you like cable we can talk. Evening and weekend street parking only, plenty of room for bike storage.

Retired disabled lady living alone with big goofy dog. Lots of crafty stuff around. I’m quite willing to make adjustments to rooms and furnishings to ensure they are comfortable.
