Hi! We’re looking for a roommate to move into the spacious master bedroom in our 4 bedroom house! It’s a private, unfurnished room with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Rent is $1210/month (includes all utilities & wifi). This is a 12 month lease (September 1st, 2025 until August 31st, 2026).

The house is a 10 minute walk to the York University campus and Finch West subway station. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the 41 bus stop, which takes you straight to campus, or down Keele St. No parking, but we have access to the garage to store our bikes, as well as a backyard.

We are 3 girls going into our final year of undergrad + first year of grad at York U. We love to hang out in the living room while doing our own tasks (eating, homework, etc). We also like to go out together every now and then, either to a party, exploring downtown, or just to the library on campus. We are also great at respecting each other’s quiet time when needed.

We are 2SLGBTQ+, alcohol, and cannabis friendly.

We all have somewhat different sleep schedules, but we’re respectful of each other and keep quiet in the early morning & late night. We occasionally have overnight guests, but always give each other notice of any visitors. The house is kept clean as we all tidy up after ourselves. Chores like taking out the garbage and emptying the dishwasher are shared tasks.

We are looking for someone who’ll be a great fit in our home! Ideally, we’d like to have someone fun + social who’ll join us when we’re hanging out, but we can vibe with just about anyone as long as you’re respectful. We’d prefer another single girl or non-binary person.
