Kitchen appliances including full size fridge, and all dishes etc. 55” tv and fireplace for those cool winter days. Very close to WEM, all major bus routes- with future LRT, which is currently being built. Within walking distance shopping, restaurants, hospital etc. Close to Anthony Henday, Whitemud & 170ST for those who drive. Street & driveway parking available.
Quiet, safe neighborhood, great neighbors. Huge back yard, apple trees, outdoor fire-pit, patio, deck areas to relax & enjoy. No crazy parties, though perfect for weekend get together with friends or family.

Are you responsible (paying bills on time) Easy going- no drama Respectful not only of my home though your roommate & neighbors. Clean- I’m a very tidy person and appreciate a clean home. If your extremely messy it’s doubtful you’ll be a good fit. Saying that I am offering weekly housekeeping for additional cost Must like dogs. I have 2 resident dogs- friendly and well trained. Current not accepting other dogs, may reconsider at a later time. Absolutely no cats sorry
