• 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on the main floor of a raised bungalow (split level to main floor from entrance)
• Bathroom and common spaces will be shared with between roommates on the main floor. Common spaces: kitchen, living room, dining room, deck and hallway
• Space is mostly unfurnished
• 4-piece bathroom (shower-tub combo)
• In-suite washer and dryer
• No backyard access. There is a deck off of the kitchen
• Utilities are not included
• First and last month’s rent required upon move-in
