The house has all modern amenities and is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to highway 410. These rooms are ideal for young on the go persons such as travel nurses, students or young professionals seeking a comfortable and affordable place to occupy for the short to medium term. Ideally 3 friends to occupy both rooms.

I am a professional male who works full time in finance with the government & teach part time at the university. My previous roommates are happy to share their experience as tenants.
