- Double-bed with 4 storage drawers.
- Brand new mattress October 2023 with 2 queen size low pile pillows, 1 body pillow, mattress protector, will provide brand new set of white linens (for you to open), and grey duvet cover with 2 pillows cases.
- Double-closet with hangers, night table, floor lamp.
- Blackout blinds. Optional sheer blind available.
- Sliding door. No knob.
SHARED BATHROOM
- High-pressure handheld shower head.

- Must have full-time employment on a job-site.
- Weekly self-cleaning of own private space.
- Instead of ‘damage deposit’, I’ll request a non-refundable advance on final month’s rent to secure length of term, and obligation to a full one month notice for departure.
