This is a beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse in Mississauga near Cawthra/Lakeshore. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and the house is fully furnished! The townhome was built just over 5 years ago so all of the amenities are new and in good working condition. It’s close to the lake as well!

There’s a south-facing terrace on the 3rd floor with a filtered cold plunge you’re welcome to use if you’re into that sort of thing! No pressure though. It’s super uncomfortable and never gets easier but the feeling when you get out of it is unbelievable.

I own the townhome with my 2 dogs. Two 2 year old male yorkies who are super chill. I’m an entrepreneur/real estate investor who’s passionate about spirituality (Yoga/Meditation). I don’t cook too often so the kitchen will always be free to use. I’m looking for a roommate who’s clean, down to earth and doesn’t party too often. I’m not a home body so I’m usually out except for the morning and late evening.
