Private, spacious bedroom (fully furnished with queen-size bed, large 8-drawer dresser and night table) and private bathroom on second floor in an exclusive home in Stouffville. Shared kitchen and laundry. All utilities, plus unlimited wi-fi and air-conditioning included. One dedicated parking space included (no jockeying for position in the driveway). Also includes your own linen closet and use of backyard deck.

The bathtub and shower enclosure were replaced, and the bathroom was freshly painted, in June 2023. A new toilet was installed in fall 2023.

Rent is $1,000 per month. First and last (a total of $2,000) is required for the deposit.

I own the home and my young adult son lives with me. I also have an adult female tenant in the basement who shares the kitchen and laundry. We are all quiet and enjoy a peaceful household.
