• Close to Tugboat beach and the waterfront (5 min walk), Knox Mountain (20 min walk), Queensway bus station (15 min walk).
• 10 min drive to Kelowna General Hospital
• 10 min drive to Okanagan College campus
• 20 min drive to UBC Okanagan

I am a 34-year old researcher who works at UBCO. I tend to be mostly extraverted, friendly, and get along with people from all walks of life! I spend my time mostly in my research at the university. When I’m not at work, I’m engaging in a variety of hobbies, such as hanging with friends, playing sports, cycling, chillin’ at the beach, watching TV, playing board games, going camping and hiking. I travel a lot, so I don’t tend to be home the entire month.

Ideally looking for a roommate who is clean, courteous and respectful, friendly, career-driven, with a typical sleep and work schedule.

House rules:

• Share cleaning responsibilities (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning counters, stovetops/fridge, and common spaces, etc.)
• Leave common areas in the same state as before (e.g., no dishes in the sink overnight)
• Avoid noise (no slamming doors and cupboards, keeping reasonable volume levels on devices, conversational voices on the phone, with friends, etc.)
• Guests allowed - just give each other notice for overnight guests (non-partners), especially if using the common spaces
• Leave things where you found them (ask if you need to borrow something)
