Room for rent in a 2-bedroom basement apartment. Detached house in the Lake Shore and Long Branch area in Etobicoke.

• Walking distance to the lake
• 20-min drive downtown
• One (1) fantastic roommate

The apartment is semi-furnished (aka we have all the essentials), but you might want to bring a bed frame/new mattress. We could also decorate the space to our shared liking as I just never had time to do so myself.

I’m a young professional (pushing 30 is young, right?) who works long hours away from home, so it’s almost like having your own space most of the time. I’m easy-going; we could be friends or just say hi in passing. The important part for me is to treat each other and our shared space respectfully.

I do shift work, including a few night shifts per month, so I’d appreciate some quiet on the days when I need to sleep it off. Ideally looking for somebody working 9-5 so we both could have the space to ourselves from time to time. That’s probably the end of my requirements. Not committing crimes in the unit would give you bonus points.
