Nicol Street

Hello I am renting out 2 bedrooms in my 3 bed 2 bath home. I have the master bedroom which has an ensuite. So the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Shared kitchen and living room, laundry in the house.the rent is $975 with all utilities included. I am easy going person, I like to keep things clean and build a friendship with my roomates. I do have 2 Pomeranians 1 year old, they are very friendly. I don’t mind if you paint your room the colour you want if you don’t like the current colours. There is a backyard this a propane fire pit bbq and patio. There is also a hottub and parking. There is lots of extra storage in the crawl space or pull down staircase to the attic. If you smoke cigarettes that is okay outside. But I am in recovery so this is a drug and alcohol free home. You can do what you want when your out. Just don’t bring it to the house. I am easy going chill person. I have a dog. I enjoy campin, hiking, beach and river time. I go to the gym. I work Tuesday to Friday 10-12 hour days driving and truck for linen company.
