We are offering a fully furnished bedroom up for rent for females only. The room is on the upper level and it is spacious, including a big walk-in closet. We also have a shared kitchen. The house is located in Fleetwood, Surrey with many shopping areas and transit to Fraser Highway and Vancouver within walking distance. 20 minutes bus ride away from SFU. We currently have three students living with us who are all international students. We strongly welcome university students and working women. We will not welcome anyone who smokes, drinks alcohol, or uses drugs. We prohibit the recreational usage of drugs and are strictly against smoking or parties in the room, property, and area. We also have a friendly cat living with us.
