The location is fabulous- Convenient access to various supermarket, banks, the post office, coffee shops ,restaurants, bubble tea shops, dollar store, buses, and its one block from the skytrain and you can get a Direct bus downtown and to UBC as well. suits students or quiet travellers who only want to stay max 5 months.

We cannot find a sharer for you. So two people have to want the room, no couples. You and a friend. ~ Bed frame, mattress, desk, and office chair provided ~ Hydro, Wifi and utilities included in the rent ~ Minimal cooking ( so not good for those who love to cook), suits people who have a busy life outside the home /school and do their own things basically. ~ No pets, no smoking, no drugs. No parties. No visitors. No noise after 9pm or phone calls with speaker phone. cleaning of kitchen and bathroom should be done by you after use. ~ parking is available on the street near the house.
