Small room for rent in an older decent sized house. Wifi, utilities and washer/drier usage included. I have 2 young daughters that will visit on occasion so you just be okay with the noise and them being around. House is 2 stories with 2 bathrooms. No parties or drug use allowed.
About the roomies
I’m 41 and work full time 9-5 and on on occasion from home as well. Clean and fairly quiet. As stated above I have 2 young kids that will visit. Recently separated and have a decent sized house that only I’m using currently.
