I am terminating my lease on August 14, 2023. The room I rent in the apartment has a closet and a bed that is included. However, the desk, chair as well as the armoire are not included. It is a spacious accommodation where you will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room (TV) and the garden. The rent is 640 dollars per month, including internet. It does not include electricity. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer that you can use. You will have nearby, not more than 10 minutes away, a whole range of shops where you can do your shopping, such as: Maxi, Metro, Atlas, Dollarama, Jean Coutu, etc. The apartment is not far from the blue and green metro line that you can reach in 10 minutes with the 439 bus! The room that I am vacating is for women only. In the apartment there are two other women (1 student and the other is a young working professional). They are nice and they work to keep the apartment clean.

No animals and no smoking is allowed.
