About the room
Hello! My current roommate is leaving as he was an international student, so I’m looking for someone else to live with! I’ve lived with both male and female roommates in the past, and would be happy to provide references if needed.
Unit : 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bath Condo. We have a large balcony that is accessible from your bedroom, and your own thermostat to control your bedroom temperature! Price : $1400 + hydro/internet (hydro typically ~$35 a person, internet $26.50)
Location: 60 Absolute Avenue
Available Date : Available ~ June 1st. Want to enjoy some time alone before having another roommate. Relationship to Unit: Owner and Tenant Required Documents: Meeting with me, references/credit check are a plus, 1st and last month’s rent upon acceptance Furnishing: Bedroom will be unfurnished. All other furnishings are here to stay. Nearby Stores: Walking distance to Square One, Walmart, LCBO, Bus Terminal, GO Bus Terminal

About Me: I’m a 31 year old working professional in Finance. I love being active, especially playing baseball and have played my whole life. I work from home often, and go into the office 4-5 times a week. Given that I have to be up early for work I’m quiet at night, and am also a very clean individual.
