About the room
Hello! Looking for a roomate to share my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Had someone moving in Aug 1st but they have decided to move somewhere else, away from the Valley.
Hoping to find someone to come in Aug 1 (well just before as i leave for a week trip July 29) ***
The apartment is right by Lewis bridge/5th street- right beside a bus stop. Great location I am asking 800$ for rent but that will cover everything (room, hydro, internet). There is currently a bed in the room but that will be taken out soon.
I have 2 cats and unfortunately can not have any more pets. If you think this is a good fit- message me so we can plan a meet! Thanks!
About the roomies
Just myself and my 2 kitties living in the apartment! Currently off for the summer but resuming back at my daycare centre Aug. Had the apartment for just over a year, very good location, great people in the building, awesome building manager.
