Shopping and C-train located steps away. Features include in-suite laundry, 4 stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, laminate flooring, air conditioning, as well as a common lounge and rooftop patio with BBQ stations, firepit, outdoor furniture, and a beautiful city view. Secure entrance, storage, electric vehicle charging station, and pharmacy on ground floor. Heated underground parking is also available. Fully-furnished except for your own bedroom. Rent is $975 + half of the utilities (electricity and internet).
About the roomies
I am originally from Victoria, BC and moved to Calgary last year to attend SAIT after finishing my Microbiology degree at UVIC. I’m currently in my second year of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. In January, I will be starting my practicum placements, so you may have the place to yourself for weeks at a time! When I’m home, I would be up for watching a good Netflix series, chatting over wine, or occasionally cooking a meal together. At the same time, I am very respectful of other people’s space as I also like my own alone time. Overall, I like to keep my home tidy, and I’m pretty quiet due to my studies.
