House in okotoks! Big back yard open to pets. 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom with the master already taken by my girlfriend and I. Bedroom upstairs connected to bathroom or a bedroom in half-finished basement. Parking either on the pad or on the street. Very family friendly neighborhood so minimal risk of any issue. Laundry on main floor which is shared as well as kitchen and we could separate living rooms so not shared if desired. The rent is $1000 for 1 person or $1300 for 2. Internet and utilities included, no extra fees, just the deposit. We have 2 dogs who are very well behaved and do well with others. There is plenty of storage in the garage and the basement.
