Room available for rent in town Carleron Place on a quiet street. Single occupancy only.

Available mid sept or October until spring 2025. Likely May, can be discussed. Perhaps a good fit for somone in a 3 season home or who just needs a place for a few months. The room is a good size, bathroom is large and shared.

No smoking, vaping, or pets due to allergies of those in the house. Message me if you are interested and/or have questions!

I’m the home owner and I live in the house with my partner. I rent the 2 spare rooms. A lovely mature lady lives in one of these private rooms. The third room is the one available and pictured in this add. We are all respectful and fairly quiet. Current occupant of the room was on a work contract in the area. I’m looking for somone who will be a good fit.
