Hi, ISO Roomate I am looking for a roomate to occupy one bedroom in a two-bedroom unit. Person will have their own washroom and the living and kitchen space will be communal. The apartment is partially furnished but the room will be unfurnished. I have a bedframe that can be donated. The place is located within 5 mins walk to the subway station (Sheppard West ) . The building has a small gym and rooftop desk and bbq open for use. Minutes away from Yorkdale Mall. Internet will be included in the rent. Hydro will be split between the tenants. Move in date August 1.
