Clean, carpeted, unfurnished room with closet (2 folding doors). Close to High Street and Mount Lehman Malls (groceries, fast food, restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, etc.) Lots of street parking. 5 minute drive to Gardner Park.

I’m a mature, responsible, friendly and dependable guy, looking for a roommate! I’ve recently become a senior (by some people’s definition) which means I’m pretty quiet, apart from the odd old man noise (over which I have absolutely no control). I enjoy nature, scifi, dogs and cats. I have an awesome cat named Zip Zip. She has all her shots, is spayed and totally litter trained, as am I. (Unfortunately I’m only allowed 1 pet, so I can’t take in any cats/dogs.) I am also an AI filmmaker/artist/photographer/author, etc. Thank you for reading, and to my future roommate, see you soon!
