About the room
Renting a private room in this large apartment near the University of Ottawa.
The room is 1250/month with all utilities included! The lease period is from January 1st, (2025) to April 30th, (2025). Additionally, a parking space is available for an additional 75/month.
This is an apartment of 3 bedrooms so expect to have 2 other tenants renting the other rooms. You have an ensuite bathroom with your room and will not need to share bathrooms.
Additionally, there is in-room personal heating and cooling with an in-room personal AC unit and radiators.
The room will have a side table, a bed frame (but no mattress) and a bookshelf inside as furniture. Be sure to bring your own mattress!
The two other roommates are students of the University of Ottawa and are clean and friendly!
