Private bedroom on top floor of 5 bedroom home. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. There will be shared access to all other rooms in the home including laundry facilities , 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, front and back yards . Rental price per month includes all utilities & WiFi. Food and meals could be included too for an additional cost per month if this is something that would work depending on dietary preferences.

Finally rental cost per month would be a minimum of $900 up to a maximum of $1300 per month depending on if food is to be included or not.
Your stay can be short term or long term and rental cost periods are from the 1st to the last day of each month.

Home is located in lower Sapperton in New Westminster BC, there is street parking available with a permit that you would be responsible for paying for if it is needed.

Our 2 storey 5 bedroom home is located within a 5 min walk of two Skytrain stations and Royal Columbian Hospital.

We are a pet friendly home so provided your dog is well behaved and got along with our cats and dog we would welcome them along with you.

Our family of four which includes two young adult children along with our 4 fuzzy butts live here. We are a cannabis friendly (outside smoking only) household. Very relaxed, easy going and welcoming environment. We are also avid outdoor enthusiasts and frequently enjoy camping year round so exploring beautiful BC and surrounding areas is a potential added bonus of getting to stay with and know our family.
