LOCATION is close to Gorge and Jutland with a great bus and walking score. Close to amenities and centrally located for an easy commute to many of Victoria’s districts.

The upstairs kitchen is shared. It is big bright and is the heart of the household. Wifi is hardwired to the room. There is a separate entrance to the basement. Laundry facilities are shared.

It’s an older style home and it is a casual, chill place to be.

It’s perfect for a single person (no couples) to enjoy their solitude. Includes a residential parking space.

The upstairs tennant is a 55+ woman working from home and her very chill 20lb dog. He is a good little doorbell but does not bark much more than that. He is curious about you but will take a bit of time to warm up to. He is a sweet dog.
