Welcome to Olivia’s room for rent! I am renting the primary bedroom in this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom spacious apartment for $1,200 Utilities and internet are included. Excellent location in Downtown Toronto located 4 blocks east of Yonge and Bloor. 1.7km to U of T, 0.2km to Sherbourne subway station.

This apartment is 735 ft² with a balcony off of the living and dining room. 4 grocery store’s close by, very walkable neighborhood. TTC bus stop located right outside of the building! Nature trails and green space close by for a sunset picnic spot. Broadview green space is a favorite spot for locals to sit with a picnic after work in the summer months. I’m searching for a new flatmate who is employed, currently living in Toronto, values a calm home environment and is okay living with pets but does not have any of her own.

Hello, my name is Olivia Rose, I work from home as an independent contractor in digital marketing. I never thought I’d be self employed but the pandemic shook things up for me and now I work from home M-F 9am-4pm. I have been working under the same contract with the same employer since March 2022.

I am friendly, hardworking, and value kindness, communication, calm peaceful atmosphere at home. My motto is as long as you pay your rent in full and on time you are welcome to live here, cook what you want, invite friends over too, use the shared living space and the balcony (no smoking please) Available to move into on April 1st 2025. I have 3 pets 1 small dog, 2 cats friendly but mostly shy. My dog is crate trained so when I leave the apartment she waits patiently in her crate.
