About the room

Looking for someone to sign a 4 or 8 month lease for a large basement bedroom in a 3 bed,1 bath apartment. The window faces away from the street and we have a decent sized balcony. The room will be unfurnished but the common spaces will be furnished. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from Laurier and Conestoga, a 30 min walk from Waterloo and 15 mins from uptown. It is close to the mall and many bus stops. Water is included in rent but hydro and wifi are not (message for more details). The deposit is first and lasts month rent. You will be able to move in January 1st.
