Tenant Preference: We are looking for a single person who will keep the place clean (no utensils in the sink, and weekly cleaning of common areas and keeps the bathroom spot free.) No smoking, alcohol or pot in the unit, no over night guests during the week as we work mostly from home, no loud music after 11 pm.We are open to having/hosting guests on the weekends, will still prefer not to have them overnight. Please do keep in mind that there is a cat in the unit

Additional Information:

• You will be sharing the common areas with three more people: Young family with a brother and a cat.
  Each person has their own rooms. Two Ukrainians and one Indonesian. Husband and wife works hybrid but mostly remote. We are all very easygoing and friendly. We are both non-vegetarian and eat no pork. No other pets will be allowed in the unit as we already have one cat.

-The building was built in 2021 and has new appliances.
