About the room
Room is 9.5’ by 8.5’, there is a big closet, big window, and new carpet. Large kitchen for an apartment and only one washroom.
I’m looking for someone communicative to share the space with, I am available evenings and weekends to talk and view the space. Unfortunately no pets at all, building is against it and I am allergic. It is also a no smoking building and unit.
