Right in the centre of downtown in a really cute 2 bedroom apartment that’s been recently renovated. The spare room has a very comfortable futon and it’s own closet. Kitchen and living space is open concept and there is a shared washroom with a full tub. Lots of access to public transportation and a short walking distance to everything you need! The apartment is ideal for able bodied folks as the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs, there’s no laundry on site or parking but there’s places to park nearby if needed and laundromats close by.

Hey there! My name is Kortney. I’m 27 years old and going to school for social service work but I’m currently doing some of my courses online and looking to travel quite a bit so I’d like to share my space for at least the summer (potentially longer if things go well). I have a little chihuahua named Gracie who absolutely loves others and would probably steal your heart. I’m typically very chill, relaxed, and quiet when I’m home. I’m very clean and I’d like a roommate who is the same. I like my home/space to be a comfort to be in at all times. I love hiking, camping, travelling, pottery, painting, yoga, meditation, concerts and more. I would like for my roommate to be very trustworthy as I may not be around most of the time, this is a quiet building with families and older folk so partying here is not an option.
