The property is a 3-bedroom townhouse located in an established and quiet neighborhood near grocery stores, parks, and other shops. It is near the local bus stop, GO Bus station, and to Anderson College in Mississauga. It is a well-light room from direct sunlight through a window. All utilities included internet, electricity, and water; with a portable A/C/Heater, a mini-fridge, a study table, a chair, a lamp, and a single bed. Roomies are welcome to use the kitchen. Move-in ready, just bring yourself.

We are a happy family of 4 four with a 4-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy. Kids attend school while the parents are working professionals. We are a loving, kind, and respectful family and are particular about cleanliness. We are looking for a working female or student to share our vacant room.
