Small space stretching out by 11 1/2 by 12 1/2 feet. Close to the kitchen for easy access to grub at all hours. The property itself is a smaller out of the way place which is approximately eight to twenty minutes away from the nearest metro depending on your preferred way of transportation. Neighbors are nice and the area has plenty of outdoor potential if you are particularly interested in that.

As of the listing we are 3 including myself, a mix of 2 little fur balls, and their owners Alex and Kia. Relatively normal however if we play mario kart expect to be left in the dust
