Bridget and Dario's room

Hey there! We have a furnished room in home with only adults. Room has double bed with frame & headboard, a computer desk, TV with Roku, and built in shelves in closet. However if you have your own furniture we can move our furniture out of the room. Shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Laundry is down the hall from the bedroom on top floor. Home also has central air and a water softener. We are right off the highway near Bowmanville Ave, walking distance to shops and bus stop, there are also parks and walking paths in the neighbourhood. We do not currently have parking, however there is an elementary school down the street that the basement tenants have been parking at day & night for 2 years with no issues.
