About the room
Bedroom is available, Queen Bed. Shared kitchen, bathrooms and Laundry on-site. Photo identification is needed prior to moving in the home. $50 deposit needed to hold your spot. $900 per month. High speed internet hydro and water included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for day to day use. The home has a large backyard privately fenced with a firepit, BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy outdoors for the lovely spring/summer weather to come.
A non government contract “roomate” (boarder) contract is needed to be signed.
No parties allowed as others work in the morning. Close to Fanshawe College main campus. Close to the London airport. Close to the 401.
About the roomies
Offering a clean and quiet home and expect the same for the roomie. We have a husky dog that lives outdoors and can’t accept any pets in the home.
