The home is located near Kennedy and Sheppard, close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery markets, and shopping centers. The home is close to two highways and accessible by transit.

The room has a bed and 2 closets. You’ll have access to common spaces which include; shared kitchen, common bathroom, and laundry room. The laundry room and kitchen will have a schedule to ensure everyone has a designated time to do their preparation. The common spaces will be shared with the home owner.

High speed internet and utilities are included.

There is one parking space in the driveway if you have a vehicle.

The unit is furnished and available as-is. You are welcome to add your personal touches.

Each room is for one person. Not suitable for pets, kids, or families.

I own the home and live in the unit. I am a working professional that works remotely. We respect everyone’s peace and quiet and will ensure that your stay comfortable.
