About the room : This is a fully furnished room with a twin sized bed , study table and a closet perfect for any student. Currently there is already a girl living in this room and she is a working professional. As she’s got a new job elsewhere , she would be moving out by the end if June. The rent of the room is $700 per month including utilities (gas, hydro, internet) Parking is not available.
