Room is fully furnished with queen bed, desk & chair. Has a in-built double wardrobe. House is also fully furnished.

Sharing with 3 people. Australian & British guys. Everyone is very chilled. House has 3 bathrooms.

House is brand new, we’re the first people to live there. Located Fraser & King ed. Street parking, 10 minute drive to the city, 20 minute bus. Closest sky train is King Ed.

Rent is $1191 plus bills. Usually about $50 each per month, less in the summer.

Deposit is $500.

No couples or pets.

It is a quiet house for the most part. We are all English lads in our early 30’s, we like to keep the house clean and tidy. It’s a quiet suburb and definitely not a party house. We usually all hang out in the evenings and cook meals together.
