About the room
Looking for a roommate to share my condo in St. Vital, conveniently located for U of M, U of W and Transit routes. The Rent includes all your utilities (hydro, water, Wi-Fi etc.) and there is a potential to get a paid parking space in the complex although there is currently a waitlist (street parking available in the area). In-suite laundry, spacious kitchen and living space, lots of storage and backyard/patio area. Common areas furnished but your room is not. Complex is quiet with lots of greenspace!

About the roomies
I’m a 22-year-old woman who works full time for the Government of Manitoba. My other roommate is also a woman in her 20’s, we like to share chores and watch trashy TV together on the weekends.
