About the roomies
The home is in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to all amenities. This is a non-smoking home. If the potential candidate smokes than smoking, is allowed outside, and if the weather is bad, they could smoke in the garage. Which is freestanding. We have one cat. Also, there is a small dog. She is a toy poodle. She is very friendly , not a yapping dog. Although she does alert you when people come to the door and any strange sounds. Must be animal friendly.
