This spacious condo is in Downtown West end, a block away from the LRT, near bus routes and the river. Easy access to both downtown and Kensington amenities.

You will get your own private 3 piece bathroom with heated floor (6’3“x6’4“) right beside your room (12’5“x10’5“). There is a large closet in your room as well. Both bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and living room so there’s a good amount of privacy. There is a bed with medium-firm mattress and cover, desk and chair in the room.

Ideal tenant will either be a student or young working professional. Looking for someone who is clean, friendly and mindful of our schedules. Rent will need to be adjusted for a couple.

The kitchen has all the basic appliances- induction stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. There’s also in-suite laundry and a south facing balcony. The building has a gym as well which is free to use.

The rent includes heat, water and internet. We will split the cost of electricity.

The security deposit is 1 months rent. The lease term is flexible, but would prefer minimum 6 months (rent lowered for 6 month or longer lease as well!).

I’m a 30 yrs old male. I work as a Resident Doctor with variable schedule. I’m very easy going, clean and approachable. Non-smoker and don’t drink. I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
