Room for rent in house in Canmore, available for October 1st for a single person, no couples. Two other roommates share the house. Length of lease negotiable, minimum 4 months, up to 1 year. Utilities are $150/month flat rate. The bedroom is furnished. Located on the sunny side of the valley. Separate entrance leads you into this two level split suite. The ground level houses the bedrooms with large windows. The second level leads to the basement with in slab heating where you will find a full size kitchen and large generous living area. This suite features a ton of storage closets, hardwood flooring, and landscaped yard. This is a quiet adult building. This is a non smoking unit and property, sorry no pets of any kind. Proof of employment needs to be provided, damage deposit is one months rent due at time of signing.

There are two other roommates sharing this house, both working full time. Outdoorsey, active and enjoy the quiet when at home. This is not a party house.
