Hi! We are looking to sublet the master bedroom from July to August, with a high possibility of extension. Utilities and internet are included. We are looking for a clean and respectful person. The room will come with a bed. This is a 3 story townhouse located right by York University station and Finch West station. There are 2 bathrooms and a parking spot in the garage if needed.

Theres 4 male roomates in the 3 other bedrooms, all of whom are students. 3 attend York University, and one attends Centennial college. No one has any pets at the moment.
