New townhome. 3 floors. Basement level would be yours. Bedroom, full bath, and den. Big deck out back. Kitchen, living area and half bath on main floor. Two bedrooms, full bath, laundry on top floor.

I’m 32 male. I have a 5 year old son I have half of the time, shared custody. We just got a dog as well. Dog has serious anxiety with most people of colour unfortunately.

I’m very laid back, I like sports, tv and my space. Play a lot of golf in the summer, hockey in the winter.
