The room is furnished, Queen bed, dresser, bookcase, night table, lamps, large double closet, however it could be unfurnished if you choose. 3 bus routes in this area, closest C-train is Anderson.

We are sad to lose our present roomie, we’ve enjoyed our time together but he wants to move to his own apartment . This is good news for you! We can meet you in July for move in starting August 1 We do not have a scheduled life so, if you do, we can work around it ( cooking, laundry etc)
Utilities are between $450-$650/month: your share is included in the rent. We don’t eat out a lot, we golf, ride bikes, ski & travel summer & winter. If you have sports equipment we will have storage for golf bag, bike & skis (no canoes or motorcycles or extra tires;) We do not have pets & ask that you have no pets or overnight visitors.
