Both roommates are young professionals from Germany and Canada. I will be travelling back home from December - February so I am looking to sublease my bedroom over that period. The room is fully furnished with a desk for working from home as well as your own bathroom.

We are clean and organised and really value respect for the common areas. We are social and outgoing however still enjoy a balanced lifestyle as we both work and have commitments in the week. We enjoy cooking and having friends over for dinners a certainly welcome the roomates to enjoy the space and with friends or family visits.
