As the title suggests, I am looking for a female roommate who is interested in renting 1 room and 1 bathroom. The room is furnished with a metal baseboard, and a pretty new mattress. The room and washroom depicted in the images above are those that are being rented out. The property is a two room two bath unit, with a second floor (loft/library that I often use for studying). The condo is managed by Ayre & Oxford, and remains in good shape pretty much year round. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. There is a parking spot available for rent at an additional $50 CAD/mo (what the management company charges) that would be in our parking lot. Rent would be $850/month including wifi, water & electricity (essentially all the utilities). I am looking for a 8 mo-1 year lease. The building is called Palisades Pointe Villas located in the NW of Edmonton. It is approximately a 20 drive from the UofA, I would say 45-60 minute transit by bus/train. We are located near Albany and Skyview Centre which means we are basically around the corner to a Walmart, Tims, Save on Foods, Shoppers, and so many more shops. This was one of the reasons I moved into this property. I also used to bus to school and there is a bus stop that’s about a 7 minute walk from the condo.

So just a little about myself, I am a 3rd Year Student at the University of Alberta, and spend most of my days on campus. I would love to have a roommate who is preferably a university student, however I am not limiting the option to only students. I am a very clean individual, so I would like to have a roommate who is the same. The cleanliness you see in the photos is what I maintain!
