Welcome to this quiet detached home located one block from Delbrook rec center! You will have sole use of a generous-sized semi furnished bdrm (has queen bed) and ensuite BR with shower.
You won’t be tripping over three or four other roommates like in some other living arrangements on here!
Easy walk to Edgemont Village or Westview plaza.
Washer dryer is shared, kitchen shared. If you have some items to be stored this can be arranged. Wifi is included. No pets, no smokers, drugs or substance users. No sublets or guest stays are allowed. Quiet hours 10 p to 8 a. This also means that the majority of kitchen and laundry activities should be concluded no later than 10 pm. You may park one small car under cover.
Roommate will need to cover 1/2 of hydro and gas charges in addition to monthly rent posted here, ~$60/mo summer, ~$120/mo winter to give you a rough idea
