Apartment building is located on Mamquam Road close to Capilano University in Squamish. The master bedroom comes unfurnished and includes:
- Ensuite with shower
- 3 door closet for lots of storage
- Sliding doors leading to shared deck with views of the forest
Common areas:
- Kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances, stone countertops and backsplash.
- Furnished Living room with lots of plants
- Large Deck overlooking the forest
- In-suite laundry (replaced end of last year) (extra storage space)
Not included:
- Utilities and internet
- Underground parking (available for a monthly fee) Street parking is available.
Rental rate $1500 per month Security Deposit $750

About the roomies
About us: We are a household of women in our late twenties looking to fill the room with someone like minded. We all enjoy doing things together and catching up about our days but also appreciate our down time and all have our own unique hobbies. Ideally looking for someone who this appeals to and is a fan of dogs as we live with a very loving german short haired pointer by the name of Bogart. This unfortunately means we are at capacity for pets and can’t accept any applications including dogs or cats.
