Separate entrance from main house and accessed by walking up the stairs and looping around the main entrance. The rented area is on the first floor (see picture).

Only electricity (hydro) is included. Gas and internet is separate.

No pets allowed.

Needs to be furnished.

No smoking allowed.

Air conditioning is available.

Ideal for a small family or students.

Viewing is possible by appointment.

The cooking stovetop/oven has never been used (sticker still on it). Private laundry and dryer available (see picture).

Price may be negotiable.

Number 410 bus passes by. Street parking is available. Walmart is nearby.
