The house is a 30-minute walk and an 8-minute bus ride from UVIC. It is located across from a park with easy access to public transportation and a nearby coffee shop. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, and closet space. You’ll be sharing the common areas including the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms with friendly and respectful roommates.
Monthly rent includes all utilities and high-speed internet. The house also has a washer and dryer available for use.
The house is shared with 5 other UVIC students who will also be away for the summer and subletting their rooms.
